The interview and hiring process was simple and painless. I was originally hired as a Sales Associate and quickly learned the Sundance processes. I am now a Sales Manager providing training and mentoring to Sales Associates enabling them to be successful.

The most difficult part of the hiring process was learning that the hours were evening and Saturdays. It was hard for me to work opposite ends of the schedule as my wife, but we seem to work it out.
