The interview process was pretty easy. someone will reach out to you via phone and ask a few screening questions, depending on how thta goe they will set up an in person interview.

Out of any interview I’ve been to, interviewing with this company was by far the worst one. The phone interview went really well, so I felt really great going into an in person interview. However, the in person interview was awful. I had never felt so discouraged from my goals that I spoke to them about. I also love how in the phone interview they emphasized how experience isn’t required and how much they love hiring students and want to teach them, but then spent majority of my interview (which was over an hour) putting me down for not having any experience. They weren’t even prepared. The 2nd lady I interviewed with in person straight up told me she didn’t even look at my resume. She had me wait over 20 minutes for her and I wouldn’t have minded waiting an extra 5 minutes if that meant she would’ve came more prepared for the interview. They also kept providing me with mixed information about the job. The phone interviewer told me travel would not be required and that I’m not required to have a medical assistant cert however I can get it if I like, while at the in person interview, I was told traveling to different offices is required and the cert is also required within a certain time frame. The questions that they did ask were pretty generic too. Super unprofessional and downright horrible experience. I sat in my car and sobbed afterwards because I just felt so discouraged to even continue trying to work towards my goals. No one should feel that way after an interview. If someone isn’t a good fit, do not waste their time and especially don’t sit there and discourage them from continuing to try towards their goals.
