1st interview standard practice, 2nd interview they try and scare you about the travel requirements, rightfully so as the job description sounded like you would be working from 5am to 8pm getting ready for meetings and catching up with former meetings/answering emails. Didn’t move past this stage because it sounded unreasonable unless you are single with no attachments and looking to travel.
