Referencing an interview process from 2024: The process was smooth and involved an initial short phone interview, followed by a zoom interview with a few different staff members at the same time.
Had two rounds of interviews - one was briefly with the operations director then a more comprehensive interview with other staff members. Both were via zoom and a couple weeks apart.
