They called me for to schedule a phone interview with HR, which took place two days later.
A week after the phone interview, I was brought in to take a written bilingualism test, and another, in-person interview with HR (because the manager was in Toronto and they wanted to conduct the interview in French.) The second interview felt like a waste of time because it was the same person asking the same questions, only this time, I could see the notes she was taking.
Allegedly, the next step in the process was to come back again for another interview with HR, with the Toronto manger listening in over conference call. I however, did not receive a call back after the second interview.

Entrevista
It was an internal job posting. A referee sent my resume to the manager and the manager contacted me immediately in the following day, arranged an interview for three days after. I was interviewed by two people. Haven't heard anything from them in the following month and heard someone from the company said that they were still interviewing people.

Except for the common behavioural questions, the interviewer also asked about what would the previous manager comment about my weakness. Other example: "How to deal with pressure?"
