6 steps...
1) Went at their HR Office (with other candidates) to complete 4 tests... Written French, Written English, How to write a proper email test and a case study!
2) Phone Interview
3) A super long Online IQ/Math/Personality test
4) 1:1 interview with 2 service managers
5) 1:1 interview with 2 other service managers
6) 1:1 interview with another service manager and the department director (FINAL INTERVIEW)
These 6 steps lasted 2 months!
I havent received an answer yet... That is crazy... I hope they do even if I get decline... After all these steps it would be very disrespecful from them to simply ignore me... I had my final interview a couple of days ago.
Anyways... This process was sooooo long that I had time to find another job else where. If they call, I will decline.
They also advised me that the salary may be below 50k which is unacceptable for me... At the beginning I told them that my minimum was 60! Anyways!
They are very strict... Too long process!

The initial call with HR started the whole process in a negative way. She was 10 minutes late to the call, and from the start I could tell she did not want to be there. The questions were standard and I was not given an approximate amount of time to answer them. I was cut off frequently. At the end of the call I was asked what my salary expectations were, when I informed her, she immediately asked if it was negotiable and responded "within reason".
I was not expecting to get an interview for the job, however I did get one. It was a 2 hour panel interview with managers who asked many questions for the first hour, then the second hour was a series of "what if" scenarios where I needed to explain in detail how I would resolve them, it was very awkward, the managers also seemed uninterested and I could tell they were speaking with each other (frequent awkward pauses, smirks at each other.) about 1.5 hours into the interview they asked me about my salary expectations, they eventually told me that the starting salary would be about 20,000$ below what I had communicated in the initial call (my number was based on my experience and what their competitors are offering).
All in all, not a very positive experience, it felt like it was going to be a waste of time and in the end it was.
