HR is nice and professional. Start with introduction of the company and the role. Seems very accommodating. The questions are reasonable. If one prepares well, should be able to get into the next round.

First round of interviews was 30 minutes with the recruiter. It felt like he was rushing and reading off a script. Second round was a basic aptitude test with a bunch of analytical questions. - 5 questions, multiple choice (abcde) sent as a word doc and you need to fill out your answers in 25-30 minutes and send it back. - These were "GRE" general test questions which are more difficult than the SAT test. - Odd that they were testing difficult math questions for a role that didn't require it. I for sure bombed this test and didn’t even finish 2 of them. They were probably looking to see how you think instead of getting the questions right. - I didn't hear back after sending the test back. 2 weeks later, a talent acquisition invited me to interview with the hiring manager. However, I declined because I had received another job offer elsewhere. The entire process was 3 weeks before I would've met the hiring manager.
