HR round:
Hr person do not open up about the role and introduce about company, they maximise the 1st round time to gain info about candidate only, which does not give good impression at all
When asked about the number of staff and their seniority, HR answer reluctantly
HR go defensive when candidate talk about team management principle. They are dying for attention, it seems.
Does not seem like a great company

Straightforward - met with HR, then met with the hiring manager and peers. The questions were expected. Some behavioural and some technical. Overall, it was pretty average. The interviews were over zoom, so it was convenient to take.

Applied online - recruiter screening call - hiring manager interview - skip level interview - final interview from a leader in a different team. Whole process took about a month from the start of the recruiter call.
Screening call, 3 rounds of interviews with senior management. Standard q&as about work experience. Generally easy and pleasant interview process altogether. Be ready with questions at the end of the interview.
