Two days. First day with one HR person and one executive leader in the role. Second day with many evaluators where you had about an hour to speed interview with each of them for 10 minutes.

Entrevista
1st Round: video interview that you had to film with two questions (about 10 mins). One asked what one skill you have that applies to the job. The second was sent to us beforehand, asking us why employers should offer group benefits.
2nd Round: 30 minute phone interview with HR. Very basic behavioural. Research the insurance industry and current trends. Interviewer told me that 15/200 people made it to this round.
3rd Round: They sent a driver to drive me to the Waterloo location for an interview with the AVP. She had a list of HR questions but didn't seem too focused on them (about 45 mins in length). You also have to complete a math test (very basic math that included simple algebra, fractions and percentages).
4th Round: 1 hour interview with a VP and two directors. Mine only lasted about 30 mins, 10 of which was me asking questions. I was very happy with the interview process until this round. Two people were late, and they didn't seem to look at my resume before hand. One interviewer had the wrong resume with them. HR had given them questions, but none were asked. Most of the questions were just about my resume.
