Entrevista
There were total of 5 rounds. The first round was HR where basic questions were asked, second was aptitude test with average questions relating to English, Maths and some analytical questions. Third round was typing test where the person has to maintain a typing speed of 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy; fourth round was Operations round where the manager would ask you questions from your previous exp if fresher then questions from your favorite subjects and other questions relating to insurance industry and some basic questions. Fifth round is taken by Sr. Manager who asks you simple questions and sees your confidence and judges you on your quick thinking capabilities.

It was great . The staff was very welcoming and made us comfortable. The interviewer did not intimidate instead was encouraging and the ambience the workplace is great. Everything is transparent from the start. The entire interview process is smooth and no hassle

There was no interview from the candidate side...... everything was being told by the hr and the manager, they did not care about who you are or your achievements, they just want a candidate who can suit to their needs.
