The process consisted of one video interview, and one interview in person. The video interview was done through an online platform in which you set up your webcam, click to begin, and recieve a single question for which you have 60 seconds to answer by speaking into the camera. This quetion usually asks you to extend a trait or characteristic to a meaningful advantage in the workplace. The in person interview was fairly straight forward, consisting of personal and behavioral questions as opposed to technical ones. The length was approximately 30 minutes.
