Initially I got a call after I was referred by one of the employee. Later I was interviewed & selected with the onshore business partners. Then I went through the HR round for salary negotiation & other roles & responsibilities. I got the offer letter & I joined finally. Background check is done meanwhile, for me it was done after joining the company.
