Interview is group based. Be yourself, ask questions, seek insight into the health system and court system such as petitions, care plans, and AFC homes. Provide reasons how you’re able to think on your feet, be a team player, and provide person centered planning.

Very relaxed, bounced questions off of each other. Basic questions involving experience in customer service/office settings. Took about 30 minutes. One of the questions was “how important is confidentiality?” The interviewers were very nice, open, and friendly.
