HR sent me an email; set up a time for phone interview...she missed it, so I called her. She apologized. HR set up another phone interview with engineer; again he for got to call. He apologized. Realized I was too overqualified for their internship and not qualified enough to be their full time engineer. It was a mutual understanding. HR let me know they went with someone else.
