      Entrevista

      I applied for the position online. Spoke with a hiring manager/recruiter over the phone who touched on company culture, the type of person they want in each role, and the interview process. The recruiter was very informative on Summit and passionate about working there. One of the more pleasant and professional experiences I've had working with a recruiter. In person, I had three different interviews with people in the Financial Modeling sector of the company. They were all very laid-back and personable, while still asking professional questions. The questions were not very behavioral, and they seemed actually suited for the job. They're primarily looking for someone who can do consulting, but has an analytical background. It was quite clear that they all seem to enjoy their working environment. The office design (and location) was very similar to that of a start-up. Very retro/modern aesthetic with things like a pool table and beer fridge.
