Over the phone short interview and in person longer interview that was in more detail, Was interviewed by 2 administration members in an office. Answered questions about myself and experiences. Was given short scenarios and asked how I would approach the problem and solve it.

Brief phone screen from HR Manager; in person interview with 2 person panel asking a set list of questions. Interviewers were kind and personable and made me feel comfortable. After the interview I had a chance to ask questions and then they asked for my references.
