HR phone call and interview was smooth. Technical interview was exploratory and then more actual questions. Presentation interview is basic and short about company culture, customers, and scope. More about current experience, working projects, achievements and goals.

The interview process included three stages. The first interview focused on understanding the job offer and basic role information. The second was a technical interview covering Linux, databases, and object-oriented programming. The final stage was a presentation about the company, its services, the value I would add, and the responsibilities of the position.
