Highly unprofessional interviewer, who interrupted to do work very frequently and said "i'm not passionate about the work I do." I have never encountered poorly conducted an interview. He was hardly interested in even conducting an interview really. Very disappointing.

Asked lots of questions, many of them tough. Asked about how I approach problems, grades, past experiences. Interviews were all on Zoom but that might change post-COVID. No option to interview in-person. I declined my offer because I didn’t see a good culture fit. It seemed they wanted someone who fit their concept of an attorney, rather than someone who could bring their unique experiences and make the firm better.
