I am a black citizen with a bachelor degree in Accounting. During a 3 minutes phone interview, he called, gave his name without properly introducing himself , and while having my resume in front of him he said: I see you just graduated. I responded yes and gave the name of my school which is here in the US. Are you working now? I said yes( This is clearly indicated on my resume) Where are you from? I gave him the name of my country of origin. He replied he mean if I am coming from Rockville (which again is clearly on my resume). I am sure he was really asking for my origin, which is illegal. Where did you attend high school? I responded back home When did you come to the US? I responded He concluded by saying: I have enough information and I will forward your resume to the HR to see if we need you for an in person interview. They clearly liked my resume since they scheduled me for the phone interview. But since I never heard back from them I assumed I was disqualified based on questions not related to accounting. Interview Difficulty : Strange
