The on-boarding and interview themselves were very professional. After the interview was your classic company ghosting. I called twice after the interview and got no response the second time. Then I called HR to get interview notes and no response on their end. I know companies are not required to give reasons why they didn’t hire, but as someone who would like feedback to improve upon, I thought it was a very discourteous to someone looking for help. If this is how they treat their potential candidates, I can only imagine how their employees get treated.
