      Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Suite 900 Group (Cebu City) en may 2015

      Entrevista

      The HR Manager during that time agreed to meet me in a coffee shop so we can have a little chit-chat (preliminary interview) just to get to know me and evaluate my qualifications. She was kind enough to pick a place that is convenient for me and offered me coffee during the interview. The interview came out to be light and casual, as if you are just talking to an acquaintance. There was never a moment where I felt nervous or intimidated. Over-all, the choice of place and the interview structure were moral boost. Then, after the initial interview, they took me to their office. I guess the strategy behind is to make sure that 1. They pre-qualify the candidates before inviting them to their office which makes perfect sense, 2. The candidate will not have a hard time to locate the office (since it's located inside a subdivision and usually not visible to passers-by). Then, I had to take the recruitment exams and psychometric tests. After which, I had a panel interview with the senior web developers who is also a pioneering employee of the company, the HR manager, and the CEO himself. It went well and I was told that they will just keep me posted. From time to time, the assistant HR provide me an update as to when I can get the result. True enough, that was the last Friday of May 2015, I was invited for a job offer. Prior to that, the CEO had a final chit-chat with me perhaps just to make sure they were making the right decision.
