I was contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn who was able to provide a same-day 30-minute phone screening. Following the initial screening, the recruiter quickly scheduled an hour-long in-person interview with the LA office and informed me that I was one of three candidates being considered for the position. The in-person interview was held at the Suffolk LA office and consisted of four one-on-one meetings with key team members to review my qualifications and cultural fit. Less than one week after my in-person interview, I received a thoughtful email from the recruiter to inform me that the team selected another applicant for the role. Although I was not selected for the role, I was impressed with the Suffolk team's responsiveness, professionalism, encouragement and decisiveness in making a hiring decision.
