Contact via recruiter for a direct hire position, I met with two IT guys. They told me the specifications they had for the job role and I showed them my portfolio and my resume. They were interested in someone who work hard and do what was needed to get the job done. I definitely was interested in the company due to the work atmosphere and opportunity at hand to grow within the growing company.
