The interview process involved a group of other candidates. We were split into groups of four to prep and do a 20 minute lesson plan for scholars. We also were brought in groups and asked behavioral questions, and finally another interview in a smaller group to discuss the specific teaching role and feedback from the group interview. Overall seems like a happy environment with great students. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, super friendly. Good benefits overall but declined because of zero salary flexibility.
