It was the most chilled out interview I ever had. I was interviewed by the CEO and the Head of business development. They asked questions related to how I would fit in their organisation culture.
For instance, they asked would you play football well and do you eat meat etc..,

More of spontaneous questions like, do you really like to work with us. Then I had to complete a short 20 aptitude based questions in 30 mins

Entrevista
Very quick answer after I applied via e-mail. The HR contact person scheduled a first meeting within a day. A day later I held a second interview meeting via skype with the BD manager. A day after my second interview it was confirmed that I could start (whenever I wanted).
