Recruiter contacted me right away. It took a few days to schedule time, but she was very nice. She did say that I was perfectly qualified and she was sending 4 candidates that all had different qualities. It would depend on what "they wanted". Met with the COO. He focused on how I would grow awareness and revenue with a small budget.

Process took two months and 8 interviews only to be told the role was no longer available and that they were creating a lower level position instead. Communication was not strong throughout the entire interview process, requiring me to consistently follow up as the timeline for their follow up was changed constantly. Disappointing process.
