All sessions were portfolio reviews without any specific interview plan, making it unclear what their needs were. They requested an in-office, in-person interview, only to reject me afterward. This was frustrating as they could have made the decision after the second interview with the hiring manager based on the feedback. The interview session with the CPO felt like a total waste of time. He seemed unprepared and it felt like he was forced to conduct the session. The entire process felt disorganized and was a significant drain on time and energy. Conclusion: Overall, the interview process was a total waste of time. There was a lack of clear direction and structure, leading to an inefficient and frustrating experience.
