I enjoyed talking to Carin and found useful information about the company, general picture of the team and the process. She asked me clear questions. I like their hiring process too.

The interview process extended over Christmas break so there was a big gap between calls, but that's unavoidable at this time of year. Overall, the process was standard without any bumps or difficult questions. The team were also respectful of my time which is always appreciated. Some things that stood out were: - No mention of salary expectations (the topic didn't come up in both interviews I had). - The tools/processes seem a little behind the times. Most other companies I've interacted with make use of Calendly and other HR tools, but everything was very manual E.g. sending availability dates and times via email. - The initial interview was very low energy which made me hesitant to continue the process.
