I was called by their operations and HR director. We talked and I answered some questions then we setup a time for an in-person interview. They have a great building in Irvine, so I was impressed when I arrived. They took me into a large glass door conference room and I waited until a cross-section team from the agency came to interview me. They were all super nice and made me feel at ease throughout the interview. I talked about my experience, they asked me questions, then the allowed me to ask them. All in all in took only 45 minutes and was super casual. I really liked the team but they told me I didn't have enough experience for this position, yet. I'm working on building up my resume and would welcome an opportunity to work there in the future.
