The interview process you are referring to has been very intricately designed by our team keeping in mind the exact nature of the work we do and the niche industry we are in. Each round holds significance for us to gauge the candidate’s capability fitment for the role and cultural fitment for the company. Apart from the initial basic screening round, we have 3 more rounds – video assignment, domain and final interview – which is very much in accordance with the industry norm (i.e., to limit the interview process up to 4 rounds of interviews). Moreover, we ensure to keep the college placement coordinators informed at each step to ensure maximum transparency and to keep the candidates informed at all times.
