The interview was over in less than 15 minutes. Mostly it consisted of them asking me if I would be interested in working for them and me saying yes, I'll discuss it with my wife.
We didn't get into discussions of management or philosophy and I am ashamed to admit that I didn't take it there. Hindsight: I should have.
