I applied for the job through LinkedIn job The whole process took two weeks I have invited to the first intro call with company talent recruiter. Everything was on time, friendly and as instructed. I forgot to be prepared for the live code assessment (they instructed but I did not care😐). Some general questions about my background with a slight technical taste. I have been shared an online task via online ms-word which can be improved with many online code labs. So straight, so simple. Without any interruption. Not focusing on syntax, and just the logic. I have been advised to be informed about the next interview, and invited to the second with head of engineering and development team. I was a bit nervous. Again, everything was on time, friendly and under the touch. A near-two-hour discussion with some simple and funny live coding. Actually it was not a serious assessment session for me, because the interviewer was enough descriptive about the task, and I just did the thing that each developer expected to do. Deep discussion about the company culture, tech stack, my technical background

The interview process was easier. There were 2 rounds. First round with the HR with usual HR level questions. In the 2nd round, it was a bit technical. It was comfortable for me, and I believe I perform well. But I was not selected. I mailed for getting the proper reason for my personal improvement if there is any. But no response from their side.
