First there was an email from an intern asking if I was available for a phone conversation. The phone conversation was very brief and not that informing. After that an online interview was scheduled with the employer, during the interview the intern and the employer were present but did not show their faces which was very uncomfortable and unproffessional. The ad implied that no previous experiences would be needed.
