I recently went through an interview process with Stuba, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
My interview journey began with Mr. Bibhuti, who conducted the initial rounds. The process seemed to be going well, and I was then advanced to the final round with Mr. Yusuf. The final interview was thorough, lasting over an hour, and concluded with Mr. Yusuf telling me, "the ball is in your court now," indicating that I had been selected for the position.
Following this, I was asked to confirm my acceptance by the next morning. Feeling confident about the opportunity. However, Mr. Bibhuti then suggested I negotiate with my current company's HR regarding my notice period, which I did.
To my surprise, after a period of being kept on hold, I was eventually informed that the offer was no longer available. This was an unexpected and disappointing turn of events, especially after having been given a verbal offer and making significant decisions based on that assurance.
