Terrible experience. Avoid the company especially if you are on work visa. I signed the Stubhub offer after declining other offers at March, and left plenty of time for visa transfer. Stubhub took more than 6 weeks and hasn’t file the application. I was demanded to relocate a month before the start date. They rescinded the offer after I was fully committed to the company and have invested a ton of time into relocation from out of state to California. On the flipped side, I am glad that this happened before I am actually relocated with my family for this company.

Entrevista
The interview process was fast and streamlined, and the recruiter was super helpful. I had some other offers so he was able to get a lot of the process expedited, and he did a great job of checking in at each stage to see how things were going. Ultimately, I ended up not accepting SH's offer (but it was a really difficult decision since the offer was very good). Overall everything went very smoothly and I enjoyed speaking with everyone who interviewed me.

Given a set of initiatives that could be prioritized, which one would have the most business impact and how might you decide on an MVP to make sure it's worth investing further in?
Not much to say other then they don’t respond with any decisions and you get a survey two weeks later asking you to rate your interview experience. Putting more thought into recruitment would go a long way.
