The interview with them was nice, it didn't feel like most interviews that i have been on, feeling like you are going to an exam. The thing that separated them the most was probably the fact that when it was all done they asked me for an actual feedback and they gave me quite good feedback as well helping me improve as well

They didn't ask me a single thing, there were 2 stages of the interview process the first one being just to "get to know each other", talking about what projects i have done in the past and the second one having theoretical questions and some simple code to write

Entrevista
Deep and lengthy conversation in my native language and in english, on my background, goals and ideas as well as the company's mission and daily routines. I felt like the interviewer was trying to know me and understand if I would be a good fit, which I liked.
