The interview process was very long and lengthy. I was told to speak with multiple people about the role and was asked the same questions multiple times from multiple employees. The interview process took about 5 months for them to inform me they went with another candidate.

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
