started with a simple screening interview into a personality test. Personality test is overall a gamble. it’s hard to do well on it if you don’t have prior sales experience as the examples you’ll draw from will sound somewhat ridiculous

First screening interview pretty standard, then moved onto meet with regional sales manager where you go more in depth into mindset, sales strategy, and details of the role. Gallup is third which was pretty standard, although I got passed Gallup, they ultimately decided to go in a different direction based on my experience. Overall clean interview process with great communication between rounds
