I was interviewed in campus placement procedure. Since the number of applicants was high there was a written test. Written test: The test was technical and pretty easy. I was from mechanical so we had mechanical engineering questions. Time was sufficient for the test. Face to face interview: On clearing the test we had a face to face interview. Panel consisted of one person from technical background and another from HR. Both asked technical and HR type questions. Basic engineering questions and then questions related to my specific master's field was asked. Also typical HR questions asked by HR interviewer. Pre-gallup interview by Stryker HR: On clearing F2F interview we were told a third party called Gallup would conduct our interview on phone. Before that we would have a similar interview conducted by Stryker Gurgaon HR. The pre Gallup interview was conducted on phone. I got the phone within an hour or so from declaring the results of F2F interview. DO NO LIE to project yourself as a better person.BE HONEST. Don't try to project yourself as someone you are not. You can say that you can't answer a particular question or can't remember an example Justifying your answer.The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Gallup interview: On clearing pre Gallup you'll get a call from Gallup. They'll give you and time slot of your choice for the cal I got a call from Gallup Shanghai. Result: I got the results through college placement cell about 2-3 weeks after the gallup interview and was selected.
