The interviewer was very eager to speak with me, and encouraging towards my personal goals. I had expected the interview to be much more formal, and intimidating but there was a flow in the conversation and it was very easy to speak transparently. Overall, she reflected a positive insight of their companies culture very well.

How do you deal with difficult/frustrated clients in a customer service role?
Intense and had 3 people but everyone was really nice back to back questions as well as taking a test. Classic interview questions liked there scheduling so you can pick the best time for you
There were two initial interviews (one over the phone with a recruiter, one over video with the hiring manager) a Gallup personality test, and a final interview. The whole process took about a month.

Very though to get into ASR role. They make you build lots of connections before you even start to interview. Very long drawn out process. To get to next steps you almost have to already have the position on the bag
