It was very proactive. The Talent Acquisition team did a good job communicating any and all expectations and the first phone call was concise and to the point. The final interview took about 4 hours with a technical quiz at the end but it was highly emphasized that it would be only to assess our thought process. All the managers were very clear with their questions and Stryker even had an itinerary for us so that was nice!

I met with a recruiter at a career fair, who advised me to apply online to the rotational program. After about a week I got called to schedule a 15 minute virtual interview with a recruiter. The interview was just basic personality questions, and why I am interested in the job/ Stryker. After the interview, I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days to schedule a personality survey with Gallup. Within a few days of completing the Gallup interview, I was notified that I made it to the final round of interviews and was provided with all of the necessary information about the interview and the job itself. At this point, I also picked my location preferences for the position. The final round of interviews was a series of 15 minute interviews, each with two different members of the advanced operations department, who asked themed questions on things like time management, motivation, and leadership. I had two opportunities to meet with current employees of the program to learn more about the experience. The final interview was a skills assessment with three technical questions. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, through every step of the process.
