3 interviews total. 1st was a phone screen with recruiter. Standard interview, lasts about 30 minutes. 2nd was the Gallup behavior interview. It's conducted over the phone and lasts about an hour. Rapid-fire behavioral questioning but overall not a bad experience. Final round interview was several hours, held in a group setting virtually. Consisted of rotating breakout rooms each with a specific theme/topic, with ~2 Stryker employees to ask you questions. Concludes with a technical assessment. 2 weeks from applying to first interview. 2 weeks to get offer following final interview. Overall, it moved quickly which I really appreciated as it showed a great deal of professionalism on Stryker's end.
