Everyone is very nice anyway.
I would recommend to give a clearer feedback so someone knows if it is worth to apply again or not.

There are various prefiltering stages. The initial resourcer was great, but the second pre-filter interviewer seemed non-objective and also didn't use STAR or competency-based interviews. The second interviewer was quite disengaged and just wanted to churn the CV's stat. Feedback was very prompt though. Didn't work out, but good learning experience on how start up's hire.

Interviewed with 2 managers and both conversations went well. Scheduled for a Gallup Test assessment. After the assessment, I was given a high level overview of my results with no indication of a "pass / fail". I was then told my skills were not a fit. Prior to assessment, I was led to believe the assessment was protocol and we would continue the interview process. The conversation with the manager was brief and I was told I am no longer considered. My concerns are less about the assessment, rather the abrupt change of direction the manager took. It would have been appreciated to have more transparency on how the assessment affected my candidacy. Being in TA, I understand the value of cultural fit and potential. This process was disappointing. I still think Stryker is a great company and would encourage people to consider applying with the caveat to obtain more information about the assessment and impact on their candidacy.
