- Pathetic interview process. - Took ages to provide feedback and schedule the rounds of interviews. - Multiple followups required after giving the interview at any stage. - No transparency in interview process. - I cleared 3 rounds of tech interviews with positive feedback from the interviewers (in 2nd and 3rd round especially) and even after that HR comes and tell me that Hiring Manager has decided not to go ahead with the candidature. Not sure what was the reason as the interviews had gone exceedingly well and interviewers themselves told that they were impressed. Later when I informed HR about this, she comes and tells me that they can consider me for 1 level below but not for the role that you have applied. I am still perplexed as to why my process was continued till 3 rounds ? Completely unprofessional conduct from the Stryker Recruitment team. Also, it took them more than 1.5 months to schedule 3 rounds and in total there are approximately 7-8 rounds. Complete waste of time.

Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well. 3 round of interview - Hiring Manager , Technical 1 , Technical 2. Hiring Manager - Basic questions related to .NET. Technical 1 - Questions on .NET core, Versioning , API creation, SQL Server Technical 2 - 15 min of round - No much question - .NET, Cosmos DB 2 questions
