1 short 15 minute phone screen, 2 face-to-face interviews, read Strengths Finder Book 2.0 and did only survey to find my Top 5 strengths, then I went to the local home office to demonstrate a surgical procedure from to start until finish and to also assemble instruments in the order they would be used for the procedure, I had 2 ride-A-long in the OR, and a Gallup phone interview as well.

You are faced with one product that you can sell in bulk with pricing flexibility and another product that has no pricing flexibility but it is a higher ticket item. You can only sell one of the two forever which one do you sell and why?
There are five to six stages! First a recruiter, then hiring manager, then personality test, then your actual boss, then a group Interview. The entire process takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks. Some people have to do a case study as well.

Very casual phone calls and coffee chats. The gallup is hard and questions can be ambiguous so talk to a rep beforehand and ask them about their experience and tips they have. For the most part it has been phone calls to understand who you are but make sure to sell yourself everytime.
The interview process has been great so far…my first one was a phone screening with their hiring manager. It was basic questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to do medical sales who I’ve networked with etc. I then got moved on to an interview with their regional manager. The questions were tell me about yourself. What makes me different and then ended with behavioral questions that I focus using the star method to answer. I got moved onto the next round and now I’m waiting for an interview with the regional manager again, as well as other team members that I would be supporting. So far the interview process has been amazing and everyone I’ve met so far is great. I think as long as you have stories that you can tell about yourself as far as teamwork dealing with difficult situations from your past experience and how I think strategically is really important.
