Contacted by HR recruiter about 3 weeks after applying. Standard questions, background, why Stryker, etc. Got interview with hiring manager on same call. Had to follow up again to get location and time of interview because they did not let me know. HR reached out again a week later than they said they would to only give me 48 hour notice of next interview, which I could not make. Responded and let them know I was unable to attend and can reschedule, only to never hear back again.

If you had to hire a sales rep, what are the top 3 qualities you would look for?
The internal recruitment team are ever professional, forthcoming and gave an opportunity to speak to an existing employee which was great. However, the actual formal between the guy and a sales woman/marketing lady that was being replaced was not a normal interview and was an extremely cold reception. Made no room for getting to know each other, seemed like quick judgements were made. Would ask what you want out of the job then say it seems like you’re only interested in what you can get out of it. Very strange, negative attitude in management.
First there will be a screen with a recruiter. Then you will be interviewed by a hiring manager. If chosen and decided to move forward you will be interviewed by a panel.
They firstly introduced the role and the responsibility associated to the role, and then asked about my background and jumped into the interview question. Overall I think the difficulty of the questions are average , they really want to test to see if you’d be a strong fit for this tough role.
