Got an email to setup a phone interview. I responded, never got an email back, got a call from another person to setup the call, strange. Took almost 2 weeks to have the phone call with the recruiter who postponed the first call.

Recruiter interview on phone, read off script. Very vague on role details, salary etc. Lots of buzz words thrown around without actually providing any tangible details about the job or team. Not sure if they actually listened to the answers. Zero feedback given except a generic rejection email. Overall a pretty poor interview experience from a global company.

Two phone interviews (one by hiring manager, very friendly and basic and one by an overseas party that asked about 80 questions, behavioral based etc) and lastly a face to face interview.
