They believe in the Gallup StrengthsFinder methods. Very biased on using this method as a crutch for discrediting interviewee value. Very rigorous interview process. Very difficult to attain a job without being their kind of cookie cutter employee.

I made it to the 4th interview after a week I was ghosted completely by my recruiter. I never received an email or a call regarding an update on the decision. Total waste of time

If you move on you are required to take participant in a Meyrs/Briggs personality phone interview.
Even though there is no right or wrong answer it feels like a lot of weight goes into the results of this test/interview.
It was fairly casual but I had to interview on four separate occasions which was a little difficult to arrange since I was working at another job at the time.
