Too many interviews, tests, hoops etc. I dont really like the whole interview process, I mean you could be brilliant at a job and really bad a first impressions, and it's like your best bet should rehearse , and put on an act,

The interview process was a little over two months for me. I would say that the time frame given on the website under the career tab is an accurate time frame to expect. Also the information provided is what can be expected too. I had three over the phone interviews then 4 in person interviews on the same day. I do not feel that the interview process is hard. Everyone was super friendly that I had to deal with and very helpful. The worst part of the whole thing is waiting to hear back to see if you made it to the next step.
