I met the owners by introducing myself to them at a trade show. I have know their reputation as the Best in the Business and expressed my admiration for their many accomplishments. I also conveyed my interest to work for them. I was called my one of the owners several days later and invited to their office for a possible job opening and possible offer. The interview centered mainly on my abilities, knowledge and acceptance of investing the time it required to complete each project on schedule and the clients happy. We reached an agreement later day and finished the interview over lunch. The owners, Tom and Elizabeth were professional and focused on my abilities to extend and enhance their total dedication to the client.
